International Orders (outside the U.S.)

 We accept orders from companies, hospitals, and universities.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a personal residence or a post office box. 

 

International Order Highlights:

• Orders may be placed directly with Oxyrase, Inc. by phone, email or online  
• Orders may also be placed through one of our distributors listed below
• Direct order shipping is via FedEx unless otherwise noted
• A shipping and handling charge will be added to invoice
  
• Discounts are offered for large volume orders, Convenience Orders and to educational institutions 
• Customer is responsible for contacting customs to ensure/verify enzyme products are refrigerated or frozen at customs
• Customer is responsible for duties, fees and taxes (if any) and clearance through customs
• Customer may receive separate invoice for customs duties, fees and/or taxes
• Oxyrase, Inc. is NOT responsible for custom clearance delays
• We do not guarantee condition of product past three (3) days after ship date
• If enzyme product is delivered cold to customer, it will maintain activity and remain safe to use

Ordering Direct from Oxyrase, Inc.

Prepare your order directly on our website by filling your shopping cart and sending it to our Customer Service Representative for review.  Once the shopping cart order is sent to Customer Service, we will review it and contact you for final approval prior to shipment.

Shipping is via FedEx unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.  The Purchaser is responsible for clearing customs and paying any applicable taxes and duties.  Please contact your local FedEx office for assistance.  Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Bank Transfer.  All direct international orders must be prepaid.  Upon receiving payment, your parcel is promptly shipped. We typically ship international orders on Mondays.

Be sure to include your ship to address, bill to address, postal code, phone number, fax number, email address and desired method of payment.  Oxyrase, Inc. will return a Proforma Invoice which includes shipping charges for your approval.  Once payment is received, your order will ship promptly.
