Domestic Orders (inside the U.S.)

We accept orders from companies, hospitals, and universities.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a personal residence or a post office box. 

Domestic Order Highlights:

• Orders may be placed directly with Oxyrase, Inc. by mail, telephone, fax, email or online  
• Orders may also be placed through Thermo Fisher, Cardinal Health and VWR
• We accept Purchase Orders for domestic delivery
• Payment is due within 30 days of the date of shipment
• We also accept payment by Visa or Master Card
• Shipping is via FedEx
• A shipping and handling charge will be added to the invoice
  
• Discounts are offered for large volume orders, Convenience Orders and to educational institutions¹

Prepare your order directly on our website by filling your shopping cart and sending it to our Customer Service Representative for review.  Once the shopping cart order is sent to Customer Service, we will review it and contact you for final approval prior to shipment.

To get pricing information from one of our U.S. distributors, download our catalog complete with all of the order information.  Contact the appropriate Customer Service representative or work with your assigned Account Representative from your chosen distributor. Shipping Terms & Conditions

Regardless of how you place your order, Oxyrase Inc. drop ships your products directly to you from our facility in North Central Ohio.  It is important to note - we retain responsibility for the product until it reaches your site.  This is just one way Oxyrase, Inc. provides Exceptional Customer Service and stands behind all of our products to your satisfaction.

Unfortunately, if your organization elects to ship via a Third Party, we cannot offer the benefit of maintaining responsibility for the product until it reaches you.  We understand there may be reasons for you to elect to ship via a Third Party or for a Third Party to handle your freight. However, for customers who elect Third Party shipments, Oxyrase, Inc. does not provide any guarantees for those shipments. Oxyrase, Inc.'s responsibility ends when the shipment is transferred to the shipper. If a shipment is lost, delayed or damaged, you must go to your Third Party shipper for relief.
